Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
